Come explore rare tools and treasures—and let their history speak to you. What stories could these objects tell? What hands used them?
Please join us for a Saturday morning workshop led by poet Jessie Brown at the Russell House and Smith Museum. Our program will include
- a short private tour of the Jason Russell House
- hands-on exploration of sample historical objects
- model poems and writing prompts
- group and individual exercises.
Everyone can expect to take home personal drafts as well as writing materials for future projects. Light refreshments provided!
Open to adults and to students 13 and up
